Hearing Instrument Specialist
Steve is a nationally Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist since 1994. He understands first hand the importance of hearing, as he grew up with frequent ear infections and hearing difficulties. He is the most experienced hearing device dispenser in the greater Jacksonville area. Outside of work, Steve is an avid pilot who served in the US Navy before becoming a specialist. He still flies and is an avid member of The Civil Air Patrol teaching cadets and flying search and rescue missions.

My name is Cheryl Stephens and I am originally from Jacksonville Beach, Florida. My medical background includes Pharmacy, Hospital Lab, and the Cancer Center. I have been in the hearing industry for 4+ years. When I am not at work you can find me at the beach, on the St. Johns River, or snorkeling in the nearby springs.
